I was very pleased about staying 2 nights here in the one king bed room. Very clean, nice room with couch and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable as well. Also the staff were very nice, I have longer hair and they were more than willing to give me extra shampoo and conditioner, which I appreciate. The products they have are also nice products, not just your cheap hotel quality, it's nice shampoo and conditioner. They also gave us extra coffee. I would say the breakfast they have there is amazing, We went both days, and both days they had different options. By the way, the waffle batter is so good. Would definitely stay here again. Also, we stayed on the top floor which I recommend because it was quieter then being on the first floor. Thank you.
I had an incredible, relaxing, and quiet stay! The room was a decent price, customer service personnel were very friendly, and the continental breakfast was delicious! They even accommodated a late check out so that I could get more rest. Thank you! I'll keep Best Western in mind for future lodging.
So far ive been here for 2 weeks on a work trip. The room was clean and they would come clean when requested or when I didnt have the privacy sign on the door. Nothing broken, quiet, friendly staff, even the filters on the hvac unit in my room were clean. The towels are excelent,breakfast could use more quality but for free it aint bad. Either way definitely recommend.Beds are comfy and have more then enough pillows. I got standard room king bed. The pool looks well taken care of along with hot tub.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location right of the freeway was perfect. The pool and spa were nice and the fitness room had two good treadmills. We have taken several trips this year where other brand name hotels were very disappointing. We were pleased to have a quiet evening at the Cotton Tree with no problems or discomfort.
The service here was outstanding!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I received a great rate on a larger room and it was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. They were professional, polite and assisted me quickly.
I drive truck and had to stay overnight here while waiting on repairs. Best Western never disappoints, and this location was no exception. The room was spotless, the fridge was larger than what you usually find in a hotel, and there was plenty of space out back to walk my dog. Benji and I were very comfortable here, and we’ll most likely be back!
